1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the rbage platform, including the website at rbage.vip, all associated services, games, promotions, and any other features made available to users (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and rbage ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

rbage reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, rbage will notify registered players via the contact information held on their account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the rbage Platform is restricted. By registering an account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met:

• You are at least 21 years of age. rbage strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 21. Age verification may be required as part of the KYC process.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the rbage Platform for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, abuse of bonuses, or violation of these Terms.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the rbage Platform or any associated responsible gaming programme.

rbage reserves the right to conduct identity verification and age verification checks at any time. Where a player cannot satisfactorily verify their age or identity, rbage may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any funds pending investigation. Players found to have provided false eligibility information will have their accounts terminated and any winnings forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of rbage services, you must register an account. You are permitted to hold only one account on the rbage Platform. Opening multiple accounts (whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or IP address) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You agree to provide accurate registration information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your official identification document.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control, as this is used for account verification and OTP delivery.
• A date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above. rbage will verify this against KYC documentation.
• A secure password of sufficient complexity. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

rbage will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify rbage support immediately. rbage is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

rbage processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits are credited to your account in BDT and all withdrawals are paid out in BDT. rbage does not accept deposits in any foreign currency and does not perform currency conversion on behalf of players.

Deposit conditions:

• The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though rbage may apply enhanced due diligence for large single deposits at its discretion.
• rbage accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available deposit channels may be updated at rbage's discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your rbage wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. rbage is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• rbage reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or Terms violation.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same rbage account, or to a payment method verified and registered to the account holder's identity.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, rbage requires completion of KYC verification. Players who have not submitted KYC documents may deposit and play but will not be able to withdraw until verification is complete.
• Standard withdrawal processing at rbage is completed within 24 hours for verified accounts. Higher VIP tiers benefit from expedited processing timelines. rbage does not charge withdrawal fees on BDT payouts.
• rbage reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where enhanced verification is required, including but not limited to large single withdrawal requests, accounts with unusual activity patterns, or accounts flagged for compliance review.

Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide for withdrawals are accurate. rbage is not liable for funds transferred to an incorrect account where the error was caused by inaccurate information provided by the player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

rbage offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are issued in BDT and credited to the player's bonus wallet. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly; they must first be converted to real-money funds by meeting the stated wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit stated in the specific bonus terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the individual bonus terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; game-specific contribution rates are stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• rbage reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or collusion by one or more players.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim welcome bonuses across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

rbage seasonal promotions — including BPL cricket season offers, Eid bonuses, Pohela Boishakh promotions, and T20 World Cup specials — are subject to their own individual terms communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions set out in this section also apply unless specifically excluded.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rbage Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, any associated winnings voided, and their details reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraud, including but not limited to use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks made in bad faith, or misrepresentation of identity during KYC verification.
• Collusion between players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes, exploiting bonus terms, or artificially inflating wagering volume.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool designed to gain an unfair advantage or to automate gameplay without rbage's prior written consent.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the rbage Platform to obscure the origin of funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour directed at rbage staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

rbage employs automated and manual fraud detection systems that operate continuously across all accounts. Players who trigger fraud detection flags may have their accounts placed under review, with access temporarily restricted pending the outcome of the review. rbage is not obligated to disclose the specific triggers or methods used in fraud detection.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the rbage Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of rbage or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without rbage's express prior written consent.

Game content available on the rbage Platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective game studios. rbage makes no claim to ownership of third-party game content and any use of such content outside the Platform is subject to the terms of the relevant game studio's licence.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rbage's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• rbage is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• rbage is not liable for loss arising from third-party payment provider downtime, delays, or errors outside rbage's direct control.
• rbage is not liable for loss arising from game malfunctions, software errors, or connectivity issues experienced on the player's device or network. In the event of a verified game malfunction, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned.
• rbage's maximum aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude rbage's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable law.

9. Responsible Gaming

rbage is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its Platform. The Platform is intended to provide entertainment to adults aged 21 and above. rbage provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available from the account settings section after login. Players who feel that their gaming is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to contact rbage support at [email protected] or to activate self-exclusion immediately.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

rbage reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, rbage will provide notice to registered players via the contact details held on their account or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall be the version that governs that dispute.

These Terms, and any dispute arising from your use of the rbage Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. rbage operates as an online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute resolution will be handled through rbage's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance, with escalation options available as set out in rbage's support documentation.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of rbage to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision of these Terms.
