Information you provide directly:

• Registration data: full name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and account password when you create an rbage account.
• KYC documentation: government-issued identification documents (such as National ID card or passport) submitted as part of the identity verification process.

The specific retention periods that apply to different categories of personal data are as follows: account registration and KYC data is retained for the duration of your account and for a period of five years following account closure; transaction records are retained for five years from the date of the transaction; responsible gaming records (including self-exclusion history) are retained for ten years to support ongoing responsible gaming obligations; and communication records are retained for two years.

When personal data is no longer required, rbage will securely delete or anonymise it. Where complete deletion is not immediately possible due to technical constraints (for example, data held in backup systems), rbage will isolate the data from further processing until deletion is possible.

The rbage Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. rbage does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21.
